Caroline discovered Pilates over 17 years ago following a back injury, and the practice quickly became a powerful tool in transforming the way she moves, strengthens and connects with her body. Experiencing first-hand the rehabilitative benefits of Pilates sparked a lasting passion for the method and its ability to support both physical health and mental wellbeing. Caroline began teaching in 2024 and brings a calm, focused and encouraging approach to every class. Her sessions are dynamic, welcoming and thoughtfully structured, with an emphasis on correct form, alignment and technique. She offers personalised guidance and adjustments so that every client — whether completely new to Pilates or more experienced — feels supported, appropriately challenged and able to progress safely. Caroline believes Pilates has the power to strengthen the body, improve mobility and flexibility, support rehabilitation and build a deeper mind-body connection. Her hope is that you leave each class feeling energised, stronger, more aligned, and perhaps even standing a little taller.
