Sam Magee

Sam has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, originally training in Bikram Hot Yoga in 2003, followed by subsequent training across many different styles; children, pre/postnatal, vinyasa and floating yoga. Her journey began after overcoming chronic fatigue, and yoga quickly became both a healing practice and a lifelong passion. Since then, Sam has shared her knowledge across multiple yoga systems as a dedicated teacher and advanced practitioner. She has written several yoga books, led retreats across Europe, and facilitated teacher trainings — including our Breeze Hot Static Yoga 26/2 program. A firm believer in the transformative power of yoga and holistic practices, Sam brings wisdom, warmth, and enthusiasm to every class, creating space for students to feel supported both in the studio and on the mat. Teaches: Hot Static 26/2 on Tuesday and Fridays 9:30 - 11 AM, and Intermediate Hot Hatha on Sundays 1 - 2:30 PM
