  • New to yoga? Want to learn the foundational basis of hatha yoga postures? This class will take you through yoga asanas with focus on alignment, basic technique, breathwork and meditation. All in a supportive and nurturing environment.

  • Hatha Yoga places emphasis on mastery of the body as a way of attaining harmony and balance in the mind, body, and spirit. The practice consists of a series of postures linked by the breath, with the aim of strengthening and stretching the body and building life-force energy (prana). This is a great place to start if you are new to yoga or if you want to deepen your practice because you get the time and space to become familiar with yoga poses.

  • Hot Restore & Reset is the slow, soothing side of hot yoga. Set in a gently heated studio (around 30°C), this class swaps dynamic flow for longer holds, deep stretches, and a deliberate focus on releasing the places where stress likes to settle — hips, shoulders, neck, and lower back. Expect a small number of grounded postures held for several breaths at a time, paired with guided breathwork to quiet the nervous system. The heat softens tight muscles and connective tissue, allowing the body to open more easily without forcing the stretch. Think of it as an end of week pressure-release valve, or the perfect wind-down. Equally well suited to anyone recovering from a heavy training week, struggling with sleep, or simply needing an hour to switch off and reset. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Bring: a mat, a towel, and water.

  • Sound Meditation — 60 minutes Give your nervous system an hour off. Our Sound Meditation is a one-hour guided session designed to shift you out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest, using the resonant tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. You'll settle onto your mat, get comfortable under a blanket, and simply listen. As the instruments are played around the room, layered frequencies and gentle vibrations help slow the breath, soften muscular tension, and quiet a busy mind. Many people describe the experience as floating somewhere between waking and sleep — a state where the body can genuinely repair and the mind can finally let go. Perfect for: anyone feeling burnt out, struggling to switch off, recovering from a high-pressure week, or simply curious about meditation but unsure where to start. Complete beginners are warmly welcomed. What to expect: a calm, low-lit studio, mats and bolsters provided, and around 50 minutes of immersive sound followed by a gentle return to the room.

  • Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation at Breeze is a soothing blend of stillness, breath, and healing vibration. Begin with slow, supported Yin holds that release deep-held tension in the fascia and connective tissue, then drift into the resonant tones of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes that calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. No experience needed — simply arrive, soften, and let yourself be held by breath, body, and sound.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites you to pause, breathe, and release into stillness. Unlike more active yoga styles, Yin focuses on long-held, passive poses—typically between three to five minutes—designed to gently stress the deeper connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and joints. Each posture is an opportunity to cultivate patience and inner awareness. As you settle into the shapes, supported by props where needed, you'll notice layers of tension begin to soften—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. This practice: ▪️Increases flexibility and joint mobility ▪️Stimulates the flow of energy through the body's meridian lines ▪️Calms the nervous system and reduces stress ▪️Encourages mindfulness and present-moment awareness ▪️Complements more dynamic movement practices Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners seeking a gentle entry point into yoga, to experienced practitioners looking to balance an active lifestyle with restorative stillness. Come as you are—there is nothing to achieve, only space to simply be.
