Lying comfortably wrapped in blankets, you'll be bathed in waves of sound that gently quiet a busy mind, release tension held in the body, and invite the nervous system into profound rest. No experience needed — simply arrive, settle, and let the vibrations do the work. Many leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more spacious within themselves. Suitable for all. Please bring a yoga mat (although we provide them), blanket, and pillow if you wish. Wear something cosy. Allow a quiet evening afterwards to let the effects unfold.
