Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the classes once they have started; you may be offered an alternative class pending availability or assisted to re-schedule the booking for another day.

Pre booking online via Mindbody or the Breeze App is recommended up to 7 days ahead, booking closes 5 mins prior to the class start time. Booking must be secured with a valid payment card; you can also pay in cash on arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a space without a booking, although wherever possible if you just turn up, we will accommodate you. There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes; please note a £5 no show/late cancel fee applies to all classes. This is to ensure that spaces don’t go unused.
