  • Hatha Yoga places emphasis on mastery of the body as a way of attaining harmony and balance in the mind, body, and spirit. The practice consists of a series of postures linked by the breath, with the aim of strengthening and stretching the body and building life-force energy (prana). This is a great place to start if you are new to yoga or if you want to deepen your practice because you get the time and space to become familiar with yoga poses.

  • Hot Thai Yoga blends the deep, assisted stretches of traditional Thai massage with the flowing movement of yoga, all in a gently heated studio. Think of it as yoga's more generous cousin — the heat softens tight muscles, opens connective tissue, and lets you sink further into each pose than you thought possible. Expect a sequence of guided stretches, rhythmic compressions, and slow flows designed to release the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and lower back. The warmth (around 28–32°C) keeps the body pliable and encourages a light sweat, supporting circulation and recovery without the intensity of a full hot yoga class. It's an ideal fit if you sit at a desk all week, feel stiff after running or strength training, or simply want a slower, more therapeutic alternative to traditional hot yoga. Beginners welcome — modifications are offered throughout. What to bring: a yoga mat, a towel, and water. Wear: comfortable layers you can move in. Leave feeling looser, taller, and noticeably calmer.

  • Restorative Yoga is the antidote to a busy week. Rather than building heat or working through a flow, this class invites you to slow right down — settling into a small number of deeply supported postures held for several minutes at a time. Using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows, your body is fully propped so muscles can finally switch off and the nervous system can drop into rest. The room is calm, the lighting low, and the pace unhurried. There's nothing to achieve, nothing to push through — just space to breathe and let go. Regular practice can ease chronic tension, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and help the body recover from stress, illness, or intense training. Suitable for every body and every level, including complete beginners. Bring: a mat, warm layers, and an open mind. All props provided.

  • Yin Yang Yoga offers the perfect balance of stillness and movement, blending two complementary styles into one harmonious practice. The class begins with a grounding Yin sequence, where poses are held for several minutes to target the deep connective tissues, fascia, and joints. This meditative portion encourages introspection, patience, and a profound release of tension stored in the body. The session then transitions into a more active Yang flow, incorporating dynamic movements and breath-led sequences to build strength, improve circulation, and energise the body. This portion focuses on muscular engagement and cardiovascular warmth. This class is suitable for all levels and offers a beautiful opportunity to experience the full spectrum of yoga—honouring both the quiet, receptive Yin and the dynamic, expressive Yang within.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites you to pause, breathe, and release into stillness. Unlike more active yoga styles, Yin focuses on long-held, passive poses—typically between three to five minutes—designed to gently stress the deeper connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and joints. Each posture is an opportunity to cultivate patience and inner awareness. As you settle into the shapes, supported by props where needed, you'll notice layers of tension begin to soften—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. This practice: ▪️Increases flexibility and joint mobility ▪️Stimulates the flow of energy through the body's meridian lines ▪️Calms the nervous system and reduces stress ▪️Encourages mindfulness and present-moment awareness ▪️Complements more dynamic movement practices Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners seeking a gentle entry point into yoga, to experienced practitioners looking to balance an active lifestyle with restorative stillness. Come as you are—there is nothing to achieve, only space to simply be.
