Since 2009, Elizabeth has been dedicated to teaching the transformative practice of yoga to students of differing backgrounds and abilities. A fully qualified teacher with a 500-hour British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) certification, Elizabeth brings depth, compassion, and clarity to every class. Drawing from both traditional Hatha foundations and modern approaches to movement, Elizabeth’s teaching style blends mindful alignment, breath awareness, and yoga poses to create an experience that is both grounding and uplifting. Known for a calm and encouraging presence, Elizabeth emphasizes yoga as a personal journey of self-discovery rather than a pursuit of perfection. Classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptive, offering modifications and mindful options to support each individual’s needs. Whether teaching a strengthening Hatha sequence, a relaxation, or meditation and pranayama, Elizabeth guides students toward balance—physically, mentally, and energetically. Dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth, Elizabeth remains deeply committed to sharing yoga as a transformative practice for body, mind, and spirit. Elizabeth has additional yoga teaching qualifications in Back Care, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Chair Yoga and Womens Health. Teaches: Hatha Yoga on Mondays 6:30 PM Hot Restore & Reset on Fridays 7:45 PM Elders Yoga on Monday 2 PM Chair Yoga on Fridays 2:30 PM
