  • Align & Flow is rooted in the principles of Anusara Yoga. Anusara means ‘flowing with grace’. It is a modern day Hatha Yoga system that incorporates moderately long holds in postures, with a gentle flow between the shapes. The flow helps connect you to your breath and the holding allows for more explanation of the key alignment principles. Together, these elements help to keep you safe as you build strength alongside integration of the body and mind.

  • Align & Refine Yoga is a workshop-style practice designed to deepen understanding of familiar shapes and transitions. This class slows things down to explore alignment, breath, and intelligent movement, helping you refine your existing practice and build greater confidence, clarity, and control in your flow. Postures are approached with curiosity, offering more expression and opportunities for exploration by breaking down familiarity and going further within each shape. The intention is to unlock new layers of awareness, refinement, and exploration in your practice, supporting you to evolve how you move, feel, and inhabit each posture.

  • Hot Yoga Flow is our classic heated vinyasa class — a smooth, breath-led sequence of postures designed to build heat from the inside out while the warm studio (around 32–35°C) helps the body open more deeply. You'll move through linked sequences of sun salutations, standing poses, balances, and gentle backbends, each transition matched to an inhale or exhale. The pace is steady rather than punishing — challenging enough to raise the heart rate and quiet a busy mind, but always with room to slow down, modify, or rest. The combined effect of breath, movement, and heat is what makes flow classes so popular: improved mobility, better posture, stronger core and legs, and that distinctive post-yoga calm that lasts well into the day. Regular practice supports cardiovascular health, joint mobility, and stress resilience — a full mind-body reset in 60 minutes. Suitable for most levels. If you're brand new to hot yoga, let your teacher know on arrival and they'll guide you through the basics. Bring: a mat, a towel, and water. Wear: light, breathable kit you can move and sweat in.

  • Mandala Vinyasa is a dynamic, 360-degree practice that breaks free from the traditional linear routine, guiding you in a fluid, circular flow entirely around your mat. Rooted in the four elements Earth, Water, Fire, and Air each class targets specific muscle groups and energetic pathways, beautifully bookended with grounding Yin postures to soothe the nervous system. Expect a creative, breath-fueled moving meditation that builds functional strength, enhances flexibility, and challenges your spatial awareness. While some yoga experience is recommended as we spin through creative sequences, this uplifting class is the ultimate mind-body reset for anyone looking to deepen their practice in the peaceful sanctuary of Breeze Yoga.

  • Power Yoga is a fast-paced, strength-building practice that links breath to movement in a flowing, athletic sequence. Rooted in the vinyasa tradition but stripped of rigid structure, it's designed to challenge the body — building heat, muscle endurance, and flexibility in equal measure. Expect a dynamic class that moves steadily through standing poses, balancing sequences, core work, and controlled transitions. The pace is brisk but intentional, with each posture flowing into the next to keep the heart rate elevated and the mind focused. It's yoga with a cardiovascular edge — ideal if you want to sweat, build functional strength, and leave feeling energised rather than sedated. Power Yoga suits those with some yoga experience who are looking for a physical challenge without the heat of a hot studio. It's also a strong complement to running, cycling, or weight training — helping to improve mobility, muscular balance, and mental stamina. Bring: a mat, water, and a readiness to work.

    • Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, breath-led practice that links each posture to an inhale or exhale, creating a smooth, almost dance-like sequence of movement. Unlike our hot classes, Vinyasa Flow takes place in an unheated studio — the warmth builds naturally from within as you move. Expect sun salutations, standing poses, balances, twists, and gentle backbends, sequenced to flow seamlessly from one to the next. The pace is moderate and the focus is on rhythm: matching breath to movement until the mind quiets and the body finds its own momentum. Regular practice improves strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health, while the meditative quality of the flow helps reduce stress and sharpen focus. Suitable for most levels — a basic familiarity with yoga is helpful, but modifications are offered throughout. Bring: a mat, a towel, and water.

    • Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice where movement and breath unite in a seamless, flowing sequence. Derived from the Sanskrit meaning "to place in a special way," Vinyasa invites you to move with intention—transitioning gracefully from one posture to the next in rhythm with your inhales and exhales. Each class offers a unique sequence, thoughtfully crafted by your teacher to build heat, strength, and flexibility while maintaining a meditative focus. Expect a blend of standing poses, balances, twists, and inversions woven together in creative, energising flows that challenge the body and quiet the mind. This practice: ▪️Builds cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength ▪️Improves flexibility and range of motion ▪️Develops body awareness and coordination ▪️Encourages mindful breathing and present-moment focus ▪️Releases tension and promotes mental clarity Whether you're looking to energise your morning, unwind after a long day, or simply move your body in a meaningful way, Vinyasa Flow offers a versatile and accessible practice. Each teacher brings their own unique style, so no two classes are ever quite the same. Open to all levels—modifications and progressions are offered throughout, allowing you to tailor the practice to your body's needs on any given day.

    • Yin Yang Yoga offers the perfect balance of stillness and movement, blending two complementary styles into one harmonious practice. The class begins with a grounding Yin sequence, where poses are held for several minutes to target the deep connective tissues, fascia, and joints. This meditative portion encourages introspection, patience, and a profound release of tension stored in the body. The session then transitions into a more active Yang flow, incorporating dynamic movements and breath-led sequences to build strength, improve circulation, and energise the body. This portion focuses on muscular engagement and cardiovascular warmth. This class is suitable for all levels and offers a beautiful opportunity to experience the full spectrum of yoga—honouring both the quiet, receptive Yin and the dynamic, expressive Yang within.
