Erin Fitzsimons
Erin has been teaching yoga and mobility for nearly 12 years. Her classes blend dynamic vinyasa, resistance-band training, and a drill-style approach to help students break through plateaus and move in ways they never thought they could. She specialises in progressive mobility training that builds strength at the end of the range, improves joint function, and supports students who want to move with more ease, confidence, and long-term resilience.
