Class Description

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, breath-led practice that links each posture to an inhale or exhale, creating a smooth, almost dance-like sequence of movement. Unlike our hot classes, Vinyasa Flow takes place in an unheated studio — the warmth builds naturally from within as you move. Expect sun salutations, standing poses, balances, twists, and gentle backbends, sequenced to flow seamlessly from one to the next. The pace is moderate and the focus is on rhythm: matching breath to movement until the mind quiets and the body finds its own momentum. Regular practice improves strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health, while the meditative quality of the flow helps reduce stress and sharpen focus. Suitable for most levels — a basic familiarity with yoga is helpful, but modifications are offered throughout. Bring: a mat, a towel, and water.
