Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice where movement and breath unite in a seamless, flowing sequence. Derived from the Sanskrit meaning "to place in a special way," Vinyasa invites you to move with intention—transitioning gracefully from one posture to the next in rhythm with your inhales and exhales. Each class offers a unique sequence, thoughtfully crafted by your teacher to build heat, strength, and flexibility while maintaining a meditative focus. Expect a blend of standing poses, balances, twists, and inversions woven together in creative, energising flows that challenge the body and quiet the mind.
