Hot Yoga Flow is our classic heated vinyasa class — a smooth, breath-led sequence of postures designed to build heat from the inside out while the warm studio (around 32–35°C) helps the body open more deeply. You'll move through linked sequences of sun salutations, standing poses, balances, and gentle backbends, each transition matched to an inhale or exhale. The pace is steady rather than punishing — challenging enough to raise the heart rate and quiet a busy mind, but always with room to slow down, modify, or rest. The combined effect of breath, movement, and heat is what makes flow classes so popular: improved mobility, better posture, stronger core and legs, and that distinctive post-yoga calm that lasts well into the day. Regular practice supports cardiovascular health, joint mobility, and stress resilience — a full mind-body reset in 60 minutes. Suitable for most levels. If you're brand new to hot yoga, let your teacher know on arrival and they'll guide you through the basics. Bring: a mat, a towel, and water. Wear: light, breathable kit you can move and sweat in.
