Restorative Yoga is the antidote to a busy week. Rather than building heat or working through a flow, this class invites you to slow right down — settling into a small number of deeply supported postures held for several minutes at a time. Using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows, your body is fully propped so muscles can finally switch off and the nervous system can drop into rest. The room is calm, the lighting low, and the pace unhurried. There's nothing to achieve, nothing to push through — just space to breathe and let go. Regular practice can ease chronic tension, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and help the body recover from stress, illness, or intense training. Suitable for every body and every level, including complete beginners. Bring: a mat, warm layers, and an open mind. All props provided.
