Ali's yoga practice celebrates her love of nature and the natural world. She believes our connection to the environment brings joy and meaning to our lives. Her teaching focuses on connecting with the earth through mindful movement and grounding. Ali's classes aim to bring balance and vitality to your own yoga journey. Ali believes yoga can heal, inspire, and change lives. Through yoga, people can feel their own energy, calm their mind, and find stability in their breath. She helps students connect with nature and find gratitude in daily life. Ali is a generous and compassionate teacher, guided by creativity and curiosity. Ideas and imagination shape both her life and her teaching style. Ali has practiced yoga for 25 years, learning from many inspiring teachers along the way. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Breeze Yoga in 2022. Since then she has also trained in yoga for beginners, meditation and hot yoga. Teaches: Tuesday 6:30pm, Saturday 8am
