Before fully stepping onto the yoga mat and mindfulness path, Rehana Rafig Lee spent many years working in the TV industry—a career that was creatively fulfilling but also stressful, demanding, and at times, misaligned with her values. In search of ways to de-stress and reconnect with what truly mattered, she explored practices that ultimately led her to mindfulness and yoga. These transformative disciplines became the foundation for her personal growth, helping her cultivate a happier, healthier, and more balanced life. ​Now, Rehana’s intention is to share these practices so others can experience their benefits as well. She believes that fostering a kind and supportive internal world is key to happiness and well-being and that human connection is essential in navigating life’s challenges. For her, community and mutual upliftment are at the heart of the journey. ​Rehana is a mindfulness trainer for the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, a meditation teacher, and a sound therapist. With 20 years of yoga practice, she teaches alignment-based Hatha yoga—a deeply enriching exploration of the mind, body, and spirit. She warmly invites others to join her on this path of discovery.
