Jo has been teaching since 2007 and believes deeply in the accessibility and healing potential of yoga for everyone. With a background in dance and theatre, movement has always been her first love, and this foundation shines through in her dynamic and precise teaching style. Her classes place a strong emphasis on alignment, technique, and body awareness, helping students gain the greatest benefit from each posture while feeling supported and confident in their practice. Jo loves to teach all bodies and all levels, creating an inclusive space where everyone can connect with their breath, movement, and inner strength. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, Jo believes the 26/2 system offers something truly transformative — building strength, focus, and balance both on and off the mat. She looks forward to welcoming you to class and sharing her passion for yoga with you very soon. Teaches: Hot 26/2 Yoga on Tuesdays at 8 - 9:15 PM and Wednesdays at 11 AM - 12 PM.
