Jamaica Williams
Jamaica is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist dedicated to helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and move with confidence. After graduating from the University of Leicester with a degree in Physiotherapy, she began her career within the NHS, where she now works as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Her clinical experience spans acute injuries, long-term MSK conditions, and complex rehabilitation cases, giving her a strong foundation in evidence-based, outcome-focused care. A qualified acupuncturist and member of the AACP, CSP, and HCPC, Jamaica brings a comprehensive clinical skillset to her practice. She has also completed specialist ACL rehabilitation training, enabling her to support patients with tailored, progressive recovery plans. Jamaica’s treatment philosophy is holistic and deeply patient-centred. She combines acupuncture, manual therapy, massage, and targeted exercise therapy to address both symptoms and their root causes. She believes every individual deserves personalised care that reflects their lifestyle, goals, and unique healing journey. With a lifelong passion for sport—including competitive gymnastics and athletics—Jamaica has a strong understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on the body. This insight informs her approach to athletic recovery, injury prevention, and performance optimisation. Jamaica Williams is available on Wednesdays 6–8 PM.
