Lucy teaches with authenticity, precision and patience. She has been teaching 26/2 hot yoga for over ten years and is a passionate believer in the benefits of this practice for everybody and every body. Long term back issues brought her to the 26/2 practice but she quickly saw that the benefits were far more than purely physical and before long it became a way of life, making teacher training a natural next step. Keen to share her love of the practice she has taught across the USA, Mexico and Europe but the community at Breeze has won her over and she’s here to stay! Teaches Mondays 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM
