Amina teaches contemporary Reformer Pilates and sculpting, high-energy Barre. Designed to build strength, mobility, confidence and coordination, her sessions combine strong foundational work with creative, flowing sequences that challenge the body while keeping movement intentional and controlled. Expect deep precise burn in her Barre classes, purposeful transitions and that full-body barre shake that lets you know it’s working. With uplifting playlists, motivating atmosphere, Amina creates classes that feel powerful, focused and energising. Teaches: Tuesdays 7 AM & 9 AM Reformer, 8 AM Barre and Fridays 5 & 6 PM Reformer.
