Ready to go deeper with the 26/2 Hot Hatha system? Enjoy a 90 minutes class, where you move your body through a full range of motion based around 55+ postures and breathing exercises. You will experience a fully balanced practice including both standing and arms balances, inversions, full spinal twists, strengthening and conditioning in a fun and supportive class.
