Discover the neuroscience behind the importance of breath awareness, learn the significant differences between Conscious Breathwork and Yogic Breathing, and observe a live Breath Analysis to understand how our lifestyle reflects our breathing patterns. The session culminates with a 50-minute, fully guided Conscious Connected Breathwork experience led by Susie and her team. Gain insights into how a disrupted nervous system leads to dysfunctional breathing patterns, significantly affecting our daily stress and anxiety levels. This workshop is suitable for both seasoned Breathers and complete beginners. These factors often contribute to 'uncomfortable' sensations like stress, fear, anxiety, and overwhelm. Learning to reset the nervous system and restore healthy breathing patterns can be transformative. Susie Smith is a transformative Breathwork Therapist, intuitive Energy Healer, and Trauma-Informed Facilitator offering 1:1 private sessions and group workshops at Breeze Yoga. She works with the profound technique of Conscious Connected Breathwork combined with hands-on acupressure to help release emotional blocks stored in the body. Through touch, somatic awareness, and breath, Susie supports clients in integrating their emotional past and reconnecting with their authentic selves. Her own journey with Breathwork began in 2016 at Breeze Yoga, where she experienced its life-changing potential firsthand. Inspired to share this healing modality, she trained intensively for 18 months with Judith Kravitz and the Transformational Breath Foundation UK, qualifying to lead both private and group sessions. In 2020, Susie deepened her practice by becoming Trauma Informed—one of only a few women in the UK to complete a six-month certification with emotional trauma expert and author Mastin Kipp. Susie’s sessions are empowering, emotional, and energising, offering clients a powerful pathway to emotional freedom and self-awareness. Using a body-based “bottom-up” approach, she helps transform old patterns and narratives, creating space for lasting change. Susie is available on Wednesdays from 12 PM–5 PM.
