Class Description

Rooted in the classical Pilates method, this class focuses on the core principles of control, alignment, breath, and centring. You will flow through a sequence of traditional Reformer exercises, thoughtfully layered and adapted to suit all abilities. You will be guided on spring choices so the work can be adjusted to support your individual strength and experience.
