You should have attended a few Beginners/Fundamentals classes before attending this class. An energetic and challenging class for those ready to progress their practice. Combining traditional Pilates with contemporary movement, this class is taught at a faster pace to build strength, stamina, and full body control. Expect creative sequencing, smoother transitions, and an elevated heart rate, all while maintaining the precision and integrity of the Pilates method. Recommended for those with experience and a solid Reformer foundation.
