Pre booking online via Mindbody or the Breeze App is recommended up to 7 days ahead, booking closes 5 mins prior to the class start time. Booking must be secured with a valid payment card; you can also pay in cash on arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a space without a booking, although wherever possible if you just turn up, we will accommodate you.
There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes; please note a £5 no show/late cancel fee applies to all classes. This is to ensure that spaces don’t go unused.
Classes can be cancelled within the specified cancellation window shown at booking. Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of the class credit.
