Class Description

Hot Yoga Conditioning is where yoga meets strength training. Set in a heated studio (around 32–35°C), this dynamic class layers traditional yoga postures with bodyweight conditioning — think planks, lunges, core holds, and controlled flows — to build muscular endurance, stability, and lean strength alongside flexibility. The heat does two things: it warms the muscles so you can move safely through a bigger range, and it raises the cardiovascular demand, turning each posture into a more efficient workout. Expect to sweat. Expect to shake a little. Expect to feel genuinely worked out by the end. Sequences vary week to week, but every class targets the full body — building core control, hip and shoulder stability, and the kind of functional strength that translates directly into running, cycling, lifting, or simply standing taller at your desk. Suitable for anyone with a baseline of fitness who wants more than a gentle stretch. Modifications are offered throughout, but this is the most physically demanding class on our schedule. Bring: a mat, a towel, and plenty of water. Wear: breathable, sweat-friendly layers.
