What is Neuroskeletal Re-Alignment Therapy (NSRT)

A light touch non-invasive, non-manipulative technique to re-align the body, working through the neurological biofeedback system and acupressure points. Administered through clothing. Gentle, light pressure helps the body recognise problems within the posture and re-align them. This stimulates the body to remove stress from muscles, tendons, ligaments and align joint structures. People may feel heat, cold, tingling as well as twitches and movement shifts in the body.   NSRT is extremely relaxing, gentle and safe for all ages, including people with degenerative conditions and throughout pregnancy. It is recommended to refrain from other treatments or strenuous exercise for 48 hours after the session to allow the body to settle in its adjustment.
