Hannah is a fully qualified Systematic Kinesiologist (Merit) and Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, with a first-class degree in Psychology — blending scientific rigour with deep respect for the body's innate intelligence. After her own burnout and health challenges, Hannah turned to kinesiology: a more precise, intuitive way to understand the body, beyond guesswork. Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that uses gentle muscle testing to identify imbalances across the physical, emotional, biochemical and energetic body. Rather than chasing symptoms, it uncovers the root cause — held emotional stress, unresolved experiences, or nutritional deficiencies — letting the body communicate what it truly needs. Hannah's work is highly personalised. Emotional stress is released energetically; other imbalances are supported through targeted nutritional intervention. Every session is bespoke — no two people, or treatments, are the same. Having felt kinesiology's impact in her own life, especially after becoming a mother, Hannah now works with clients ready to feel more balanced, energised and in control of their wellbeing.
