  • Yoga

Nataliya's first meeting with yoga happened back in early 2000 as part of a recovery time in her International Orienteering career. Throughout the years, her sports injuries have healed with various styles of yoga practice. She has a master’s in Physical Education, the anatomy of the human body has always fascinated her. Eventually that curiosity led her to her first yoga teachers training in 2016 Hot Power Yoga, 2017 Yoga for Athletes and Forrest Yoga. Forrest Yoga became her passion and inner compass that guides her in her daily life and on the mat. Her teachers and mentors: Sandra Robinson, Jambo Troung, Sin Hee, Tiffany Cruikshank, Sita Menon, Charlie Speller and Dylan Ayaloo. Her immediate aim is to bring yoga to everyone and make it accessible to those who enter her class. She believes that practising yoga promotes a healthy lifestyle. It doesn't require flexibility or strength, it needs willingness and curiosity toward oneself. Doesn't matter the size of her class, her teaching is an individualized approach. Nataliya has over 1000 hrs of training as a Yoga teacher and registered as Experience teacher with UK Yoga Alliance. She shares her knowledge and experience through delivering CEP (continued education) around the UK for teachers on Anatomy and Hands-on Assisting. Fun Fact: Nataliya lost a dare to her coach and needed to shave her hair. He believed and she didn't, that she would win an international medal at the Orienteering World Championship. And she did! 😀
