Our Pre & Postnatal Yoga classes provide a dedicated space for expectant and new mothers to move safely, build strength, and connect with their changing bodies. Taught in a small group setting (capped to ensure personal attention), every session is tailored to where you are in your pregnancy or recovery. Prenatal sequences focus on opening the hips, easing lower-back tension, building stamina for birth, and creating space for the breath. Postnatal work gently rebuilds core and pelvic floor strength, restores posture, and supports the nervous system through the demands of new motherhood. The pace is calm, the room is unheated, and modifications are offered throughout — no prior yoga experience required. Suitable from the second trimester onwards, and from six weeks postnatal (twelve after a caesarean) with GP clearance. Bring: a mat, a blanket, and water. Babies in arms welcome in postnatal sessions.
