Hot Flow 1 & 2 bridges the gap between beginner and advanced practice. Set in a heated studio (around 32°C), the class builds on the foundations of Hot Flow 1 with longer sequences, deeper postures, and a steadier rhythm of breath-led movement. Expect a fuller vinyasa flow with introductions to inversions, arm balances, and more challenging transitions — taught with options so you can take the version of each posture that suits your body on the day. Ideal if you've got a few hot yoga classes under your belt and are ready to progress. You'll leave stronger, more mobile, and noticeably clearer-headed. Bring: a mat, a towel, and plenty of water.
