What to Expect

With an estimated 609,000 workplace injuries recorded in Britain in 2024/25, having effective first aid provision is more important than ever. This accredited course is designed for individuals who need a first‑aid qualification in their workplace, equipping them with the essential skills to respond confidently to common injuries and medical emergencies. In line with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, the interactive, hands‑on training covers practical, floor‑based techniques such as the recovery position, so appropriate clothing is recommended. Upon successful completion, participants receive a recognised first‑aid certificate valid for three years, helping ensure a safer working environment for everyone. This course is conducted by Gary Currier, Director of NMA Training, specialists in First Aid. On completion of the workshop you will receive a 3 year certificate.
