Hot 26/2: The Deeper Dive (Part Two) Elevate Your Teaching & Master the Sequence

Building on the foundation of our initial training, Part Two is designed for those ready to move beyond the basics and master the nuances of the 26/2 sequence. This "Deeper Dive" focuses on the sequence, advanced cueing, and the refined approach that turns a good class into a transformative experience. Why Take the Deeper Dive? Whether you are a past graduate of our Hot Yoga training or a new student completing the full 2026 intensive, this module provides the professional polish required to teach with authority and intuition. We shift the focus from what we are doing to how we can maximize the therapeutic benefits for every body in the room. What this module adds to your toolkit: ▪️ Refined Art of Dialogue: finding your authentic voice. ▪️ Advanced Anatomy: A closer look at the skeletal-vascular relationship and the "Tourniquet Effect" unique to static hot yoga. ▪️ The Power of Silence & Timing: Learning to hold space and manage the energy of a heated room through precise pacing. ▪️ Targeted feedback on your teaching style to prepare you for hot studio's. About Hot Yoga The Breeze Hot Yoga is a set sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises practised in a heated environment of 36°-38°C that facilitates safe, deep stretching and a cleansing, detoxifying sweat. The practice incorporates breathing exercises and static (as opposed to flowing) postures to cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility, both physically and mentally. Following specific alignment and timing principles, you will work the entire body systematically - restoring the health of every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, nerve, and gland. By bringing fresh, oxygenated blood into every part of the body, this hot yoga practice rejuvenates the entire system, leaving you refreshed with a healthy glow. The sequence promotes joint safety and has been assessed and endorsed by numerous GPs, Physios - making it a powerful, nurturing, and accessible practice for all levels curriculum.

Jo Robinson

  • Yoga

Joanne started practicing Hatha yoga in 2001, with dvd at home, feeling too embarrassed to go to a class. Suffering with clinical depression and anorexia throughout her teenage years and early twenties, she was looking for an alternative and holistic approach in dealing with the sickness. In 2004 she started practicing Bikram’s series of asanas while in Australia, and found what she had been looking for, and so much more! The need to share and teach the yoga with everyone was something she couldn’t ignore, and subsequently went on to teacher training in Hawaii in 2007. 10 years later, there is no looking back. Having the ability to help people create positive change in their lives is what living is for. The simplicity, accessibility and healing potential of Bikram’s method of yoga still excites her, and she looks forward to sharing it with many of you. Joanne also underwent teacher training with renowned Vinyasa yoga teacher Stewart Gilchrist in 2015, while pregnant with her second child. She believes you are never too sick, never too old, never too broken (or pregnant) to start from scratch and begin once again.
