Class Description

Sound Meditation — 60 minutes Give your nervous system an hour off. Our Sound Meditation is a one-hour guided session designed to shift you out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest, using the resonant tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. You'll settle onto your mat, get comfortable under a blanket, and simply listen. As the instruments are played around the room, layered frequencies and gentle vibrations help slow the breath, soften muscular tension, and quiet a busy mind. Many people describe the experience as floating somewhere between waking and sleep — a state where the body can genuinely repair and the mind can finally let go. Perfect for: anyone feeling burnt out, struggling to switch off, recovering from a high-pressure week, or simply curious about meditation but unsure where to start. Complete beginners are warmly welcomed. What to expect: a calm, low-lit studio, mats and bolsters provided, and around 50 minutes of immersive sound followed by a gentle return to the room.
