Class Description

Hot Restore & Reset is the slow, soothing side of hot yoga. Set in a gently heated studio (around 30°C), this class swaps dynamic flow for longer holds, deep stretches, and a deliberate focus on releasing the places where stress likes to settle — hips, shoulders, neck, and lower back. Expect a small number of grounded postures held for several breaths at a time, paired with guided breathwork to quiet the nervous system. The heat softens tight muscles and connective tissue, allowing the body to open more easily without forcing the stretch. Think of it as an end of week pressure-release valve, or the perfect wind-down. Equally well suited to anyone recovering from a heavy training week, struggling with sleep, or simply needing an hour to switch off and reset. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Bring: a mat, a towel, and water.
