Allison brings over 30 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for movement to every class she leads. Beginning her career in group fitness, she discovered the transformative benefits of mindful movement and completed her first Pilates training in 2002. Since then, she has continued to expand her expertise through over 800 hours of YTT (Yoga Teacher Training), developing a broad foundation across multiple disciplines. Her yoga studies include Ashtanga Vinyasa 200-hour YTT (India, 2013), Ashtanga Tristhana 50-hour YTT (Rishikesh, 2015), Hridaya Hatha Yoga 160-hour YTT (Mexico, 2015), Vinyasa/Hatha 300-hour YTT (India, 2018), and Yin Yoga TT (London, 2018). Most recently, Allison completed Advanced Teaching Skills training (London, 2024) and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing study in anatomy and progressive approaches to movement and teaching. Allison teaches both Pilates and Yoga, each with its own distinct focus. Her Pilates classes are dynamic, uplifting, and alignment-based—designed to build strength, stability, and confidence through precise, intelligent movement. Her yoga classes weave together the mindful and spiritual essence of yoga, encouraging students to move with awareness, presence, and intention. Through conscious breath and embodied awareness, she guides students toward a deeper sense of connection and calm that extends beyond the mat—leaving them feeling balanced, revitalised, and deeply grounded.
