Class Description

Slow Hatha Yoga returns to the roots of the practice — a steady, mindful class that prioritises alignment, breath, and presence over pace. Postures are held for longer than in a flow class, giving you time to settle in, refine the shape, and feel what's actually happening in the body. The class moves through a balanced sequence of standing poses, seated stretches, gentle twists, and grounding closing postures. There's space between each movement to breathe, observe, and arrive — making it an excellent counterpoint to busy days and faster-paced classes. Ideal if you're newer to yoga, recovering from a heavier training week, or simply want to slow down and reconnect with your body. The room is unheated, the pace is unrushed, and modifications are offered throughout. Bring: a mat, a blanket, and a willingness to move slowly.
