Hot Flow Yoga 1 is the perfect starting point if you're new to hot yoga or returning after a break. Set in a gently heated studio (around 30°C), the class moves at a slower, more accessible pace — giving you time to learn the foundational postures, link breath to movement, and feel confident in each transition. Expect clear instruction, plenty of cues, and a teacher who'll guide you through modifications as you go. The heat is warm enough to loosen tight muscles without overwhelming a new practitioner. Leave feeling stretched, steadier on your feet, and surprised by how good your body can feel. Bring: a mat, a towel, and water.
