Class Description

Hot Thai Yoga blends the deep, assisted stretches of traditional Thai massage with the flowing movement of yoga, all in a gently heated studio. Think of it as yoga's more generous cousin — the heat softens tight muscles, opens connective tissue, and lets you sink further into each pose than you thought possible. Expect a sequence of guided stretches, rhythmic compressions, and slow flows designed to release the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and lower back. The warmth (around 28–32°C) keeps the body pliable and encourages a light sweat, supporting circulation and recovery without the intensity of a full hot yoga class. It's an ideal fit if you sit at a desk all week, feel stiff after running or strength training, or simply want a slower, more therapeutic alternative to traditional hot yoga. Beginners welcome — modifications are offered throughout. What to bring: a yoga mat, a towel, and water. Wear: comfortable layers you can move in. Leave feeling looser, taller, and noticeably calmer.
