Six Months of Weekend Training — Designed to Fit a Life You Already Love
Serious study shouldn't mean pressing pause on your career, family, or existing teaching schedule. This YTT unfolds over six months on weekends, giving you the time and space to absorb, integrate, and apply what you're learning between sessions. Rather than an intensive sprint, it's a steady, sustainable deepening.
Versatile, Yoga Alliance certified qualification.
You'll graduate equipped to safely and confidently teach multiple styles — Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and inclusive/modified yoga — backed by internationally recognised Yoga Alliance certification.
Authentic grounding in philosophy and lineage.
The training explores yoga's true philosophical and spiritual roots alongside traditional and modern sequencing, connecting you to Guru Parampara — the unbroken transmission of knowledge from teacher to student.

I practice with Imir Frazer consistently and did her 200 hrs YTT teachers training and she is an amazing teacher with a wealth of knowledge, passing the lineage to her students, a true gem indeed. I highly recommend [t](https://www.instagram.com/parampara.school.of.yoga/)he Parampara School of Yoga to deepen the practice!

Yoga
Imir has been practicing yoga since 2000, consistently studying to deepen her understanding of anatomy, the eight limbs of yoga, and yoga as a way of life; exploring traditional yoga systems, particularly Ashtanga Yoga, Dynamic Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Krama (the linking of postures together in sequence, building towards a key asana). Imir’s teaching style is calm and friendly, her classes deep and challenging.
Following the tradition of ‘Guru Parampara’ (passing on the tradition of yoga in its pure form from generation to generation), Imir enjoys continued training with some of the world’s foremost senior teachers in Ashtanga Yoga (including David Williams & David Swenson), Yoga Philosophy & Meditation (Carlos Pomeda) and Anatomy (David Keil). She took her initial 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training qualification in 2010, followed by among others, a further qualification in Ashtanga Teacher Training in 2013 and a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training qualification in December 2017.
In addition to teaching private and scheduled classes and retreats, Imir runs a registered yoga teacher training school, and is registered 500RYT with Yoga Alliance.

Not at all. Many of our trainees enrol to deepen their personal practice, understand the philosophy, or simply give themselves the gift of a transformative few months or long weekend. Whether you teach afterwards is entirely up to you. Some of our trainings do require prerequisites so if you meet those criterias and are simply doing a deep dive, then we are happy to have you join in.
Yes — that's the entire point. Every Breeze training is built around real teaching practice, with peer feedback, mentor support and targeted observation from our senior teachers. You'll graduate ready to lead a class, not just sit through theory. Trainings are also fantastic as a form of personal development, so not all graduates will go on to teach, but our courses are designed for both personal and professional progression.
The Breeze Yoga 200hr YTT is in person with several modules that can be completed remotely.
