Led by Imir Frazer— One of London's Most Respected Senior Teachers
Registered E-RYT 500 and founder of the Pramapara School of Yoga, Imir has been practicing since 2000 and teaching with Breeze since the studio's very first year in 2009. She has guided hundreds of students into their own teaching journeys and is known across London for her rare combination of technical depth and philosophical insight. This programme is drawn directly from her decades of personal inquiry, study, and practice — delivered with the inclusive, nurturing approach that has defined her teaching for over fifteen years.
Six Months of Weekend Training — Designed to Fit a Life You Already Love
Serious study shouldn't mean pressing pause on your career, family, or existing teaching schedule. This 300-hour Advanced YTT unfolds over six months on weekends, giving you the time and space to absorb, integrate, and apply what you're learning between sessions. Rather than an intensive sprint, it's a steady, sustainable deepening — the kind of pacing that allows real change in your practice, your teaching, and your understanding of yoga's philosophical roots.
An Immersive Week in Kerala, India — Included in Your Tuition
Your training doesn't stop at the studio door. This course includes a full week at an ashram in Kerala, the birthplace of Ayurveda and a living heartland of yogic tradition. Step away from the noise of daily life and into a setting designed for deep practice, study, and reflection — all without the surprise of an additional travel-package fee. It's a rare chance to experience yoga in the cultural and spiritual context where it was shaped, and to return home with a practice that feels genuinely transformed.

Imir Frazer
Yoga
Imir has been practicing yoga since 2000, consistently studying to deepen her understanding of anatomy, the eight limbs of yoga, and yoga as a way of life; exploring traditional yoga systems, particularly Ashtanga Yoga, Dynamic Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Krama (the linking of postures together in sequence, building towards a key asana). Imir’s teaching style is calm and friendly, her classes deep and challenging.
Following the tradition of ‘Guru Parampara’ (passing on the tradition of yoga in its pure form from generation to generation), Imir enjoys continued training with some of the world’s foremost senior teachers in Ashtanga Yoga (including David Williams & David Swenson), Yoga Philosophy & Meditation (Carlos Pomeda) and Anatomy (David Keil). She took her initial 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training qualification in 2010, followed by among others, a further qualification in Ashtanga Teacher Training in 2013 and a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training qualification in December 2017.
In addition to teaching private and scheduled classes and retreats, Imir runs a registered yoga teacher training school, and is registered 500RYT with Yoga Alliance.

Yes — that's the entire point. Every Breeze training is built around real teaching practice, with peer feedback, mentor support and targeted observation from our senior teachers. You'll graduate ready to lead a class, not just sit through theory. Trainings are also fantastic as a form of personal development, so not all graduates will go on to teach, but our courses are designed for both personal and professional progression.
This course is designed for teachers who have a 200 hrs training completed. So you already have a fundamental understanding of the subjects and can then take this additional or more advanced training to enhance your skills
