TERMS & CONDITIONS
Breeze Yoga Limited trading as Breeze Wellbeing
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, classes, workshops, courses, teacher training programmes, treatments, memberships, retail purchases and use of facilities provided by Breeze Yoga Limited trading as Breeze Wellbeing (“Breeze”, “Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By booking, attending or participating in any class, treatment, workshop, training, event or service provided by Breeze, clients agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Breeze reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most up to date version will always be available on our website.
1. STUDIO OPENING TIMES
Studio opening times, treatment availability and class schedules may vary. Current timetables, opening hours and class schedules will be published on our website and booking platform. Breeze reserves the right to make changes to the timetable, teachers, treatments, facilities and opening hours where reasonably necessary.
2. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & ATTENDANCE
- Classes may be booked through our website, Breeze App, booking platform, or by contacting reception.
- Bookings may generally be made up to one week in advance unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- If a class reaches capacity, clients may join a waiting list and will be notified if a space becomes available.
- Clients must arrive and sign in at least 5 minutes before class start time. If not signed in and no contact is made, the space may be released.
- Failure to attend or late cancellation outside the applicable window will result in the class being deducted from the client’s account with no refund or credit.
- Breeze reserves the right to refuse entry after the scheduled start time if entry may be disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.
3. CLASSES
a. Drop In Classes
- Class prices are available on our website and may be reviewed from time to time.
- Payment is required prior to attendance.
- Drop in class payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If cancelled within the applicable window, the class credit will be returned and must be used within one month.
b. Introductory Offers
- Available once per client only.
- Only for clients who have not previously used the offer.
- Activated upon first visit.
- Subject to expiry terms stated at purchase.
- If not activated, expires six months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Breeze may amend or withdraw offers at any time.
c. Multi Class Packs
- May be purchased online, via the booking platform or in person.
- Prices are displayed on our website and may change.
- Packs have varying expiry dates; clients are responsible for checking expiry terms.
- Packs activate from the date of first visit unless otherwise stated.
- All packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- One 30-day extension may be requested by emailing info@breezewellbeing.co.uk (admin charge may apply).
- Suspension on medical grounds may be requested by contacting Studio management.
4. MEMBERSHIPS
- Details of memberships are available on our website and may change.
- Benefits, inclusions and eligibility vary by membership type.
- Concession, partner and Over 68s discounts may be available (membership@breezewellbeing.co.uk).
- Off Peak Memberships: Off Peak hours are 8:00am–6:00pm Monday to Friday.
- Separate Membership Terms & Conditions may apply and are available upon request.
5. TREATMENTS & THERAPY SERVICES
- Treatments are provided by independent therapists operating from Breeze premises.
- Appointments are subject to therapist availability and may be booked through Breeze or directly with the therapist.
- Fees, cancellation periods and service availability may vary and will be communicated at booking.
- Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications or health concerns prior to treatment.
- Therapists may decline or modify treatment if unsafe or unsuitable.
- Breeze may make reasonable changes to therapist availability, schedules or treatment offerings.
a. Agency & Independent Therapist Arrangement
- Unless stated otherwise, treatments are delivered by independent self-employed therapists under an agency or facilitation arrangement.
- Breeze acts as facilitator and administrator; therapists are responsible for professional delivery, advice, qualifications, insurance, conduct and provision of services.
- Breeze is not responsible for matters arising from a therapist’s independent professional judgement, except where legally responsible.
- Some clinical therapy services may be delivered under a room rental arrangement; in such cases, the therapist contracts directly with the client.
b. Treatment Concerns & Complaints
- Concerns about treatment should be raised directly with the therapist.
- Concerns about bookings, payments, facilities, safeguarding, conduct or operational matters should be directed to Breeze management.
- Breeze may liaise with therapists to facilitate resolution.
6. WORKSHOPS, COURSES & TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMMES
a. General
- Programme fees, deposits and payment plans must be paid as per booking terms.
- Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Transfers, credits or deferrals may be considered at Breeze’s discretion.
- Participation does not guarantee qualification, accreditation, insurance eligibility, employment or teaching opportunities unless expressly stated.
- Students must attend punctually, participate respectfully and complete requirements.
b. Agency & Delivery
- Programmes may be delivered by Breeze and/or appointed independent Trainers.
- Breeze acts as facilitator and administrator unless otherwise stated.
- Trainers are responsible for educational content and delivery.
- Breeze is not responsible for matters arising from a Trainer’s independent judgement, except where legally responsible.
- Breeze may make reasonable changes to teachers, schedules, venues, content or format as needed.
c. Concerns & Complaints
- Concerns about educational content or delivery should be raised with the Lead Teacher or Trainer.
- Concerns about administration, bookings, payments, facilities, conduct, safeguarding, bullying or discrimination should be directed to Breeze management.
- Breeze may liaise with Trainers to facilitate resolution.
- Breeze may remove participants from a Programme without refund for misconduct, bullying, harassment, unsafe behaviour, repeated disruption, or behaviour detrimental to others.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. GIFT VOUCHERS
- Valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed after expiry.
- Redeemable against eligible services, classes or treatments as specified at purchase.
- Treatment availability may vary.
8. DISCOUNTS & CONCESSIONS
- Discounts, concession pricing or promotional offers may be available.
- Current eligibility and pricing are on our website or available at reception.
- Proof of eligibility may be required.
- Unless stated otherwise:
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- Offers cannot be accumulated.
- Promotional pricing cannot be used retrospectively.
- Discounts are not applicable to introductory offers or selected promotions.
- Annual contracted members may receive selected benefits and discounts depending on membership tier.
9. AGE POLICY
- A parent or guardian must complete and sign a Parental Consent Form for any child under 17.
- Breeze may refuse participation to minors where attendance is unsuitable or unsafe.
a. Hot Studio Classes
- No under 16s permitted.
- Ages 16–17 may attend with an adult.
- Ages 18+ may attend independently.
b. Traditional Studio Classes
- Ages 12–15 may attend with an adult.
- Ages 16+ may attend independently.
- Ages 6–12 may attend selected Community Classes with an adult.
c. Reformer Pilates & Barre Classes
- No under 16s permitted.
- Ages 16–17 may attend with an adult.
- Ages 18+ may attend independently.
d. Treatments
- Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise agreed with a therapist holding appropriate safeguarding clearance.
10. HEALTH, FITNESS & MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS
- Clients should seek medical advice before undertaking strenuous activity if they have health concerns.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate.
- Clients with medical concerns, injuries, illnesses, pregnancies or health conditions should consult a medical professional and inform their teacher or therapist.
- Clients with symptoms of illness should not attend and should contact the Studio to reschedule.
- Breeze may refuse participation if attendance may endanger health, safety or wellbeing.
- Clients must follow instructions of teachers, therapists and staff.
11. STUDIO CONDUCT | ANTI-BULLYING, HARASSMENT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
- Breeze maintains a welcoming, respectful and inclusive environment.
- All individuals must respect the dignity and boundaries of others.
- Bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, abusive or threatening behaviour, or repeated disruption will not be tolerated.
- Concerns should be reported to Studio management promptly.
- Breeze investigates concerns promptly, fairly and confidentially.
- Breeze may issue warnings, suspend attendance, terminate access, refuse entry, remove participants or cancel memberships for inappropriate behaviour.
- By attending, clients agree to behave respectfully and comply with reasonable instructions.
12. DRESS CODE & STUDIO ETIQUETTE
- Clients must wear appropriate clothing.
- Hot Studio: Bring a sweat towel (may be available for purchase).
- Barre & Reformer Pilates: Grip socks must be worn (may be available for purchase).
- Outdoor footwear must be removed before entering Shoe Free Zones and stored appropriately.
- No outdoor footwear in studios or changing rooms.
- Clean indoor footwear, flip flops or sliders may be worn where appropriate.
- Studios are mobile phone, bag, coat and shoe free zones.
13. USE OF FACILITIES & HEALTH & SAFETY
- Clients may use Studio facilities, but Breeze may withdraw facilities for cleaning, repair, maintenance, classes, private events or reasons outside its control.
- Children under 16 must not be left unsupervised anywhere on the premises.
- Children under 16 may not use changing rooms designated for the opposite sex.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
- No crockery, glassware or food in changing rooms or studios unless for medical reasons.
- Only sports bottles or sealed drinks containers are permitted in studios.
- Fire exits must not be obstructed.
- In emergencies, clients must follow staff instructions and evacuation procedures.
14. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
- Personal belongings are brought at the owner’s risk.
- Breeze accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage unless liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Clients are encouraged to use lockers and storage areas.
- Clients must provide their own padlocks or purchase one from reception if required.
15. GENERAL GUIDELINES & COMMUNICATIONS
- Clients must comply with Studio guidelines and procedures.
- Clients are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
- Breeze may communicate by email regarding bookings, classes, memberships, updates and operational matters.
- Personal information is processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and Breeze’s Privacy Policy.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Breeze is not responsible for services, facilities, classes, teachers, treatments or equipment becoming unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
- Breeze may make reasonable alterations to timetables, facilities, teachers, services, equipment or offerings without notice.
- Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring minors are fit to participate and acknowledge the risks.
- Breeze accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or arises from Breeze’s negligence.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Breeze reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
- The most up to date version will be available on the Breeze website and shall apply from the date of publication.
