Hot Power Yoga

    Class Description

    Hot Power Yoga is a strong, athletic class for those who like their yoga with intensity. Set in a fully heated studio (around 35°C), the practice combines powerful vinyasa sequences with longer holds in standing postures, building serious strength, stamina, and mental focus. Expect a faster pace, more challenging transitions, and sequences that work the whole body — legs, core, shoulders, and back all get worked thoroughly. The heat amplifies the effort, encouraging a deep sweat that supports detoxification, cardiovascular fitness, and a real sense of having earned your savasana. Where Hot Flow is steady and meditative, Power dials up the demand — think of it as a strength-and-cardio workout wrapped in a yoga practice. Best suited to those with prior yoga experience and a reasonable level of fitness. Bring: a mat, a large towel, and plenty of water. Wear: light, breathable kit.
