Talia Yilmaz
Talia has over 500 hours of yoga training across vinyasa, yin, pre and post-natal yoga. Her classes are designed to help students slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel fully present in their bodies through mindful movement, breath, and flow. She loves creating practices that feel grounding yet energising, blending strength, mobility, balance, breathwork, and softness in a way that feels supportive, calming, and empowering. Her teaching focuses on creating a welcoming space for students to move intuitively and without pressure, encouraging a deeper connection between body and mind. Guided by carefully curated music and intentional sequencing, her flows are immersive and thoughtful, whether teaching a slower grounding practice or a more dynamic vinyasa class. Talia’s intention is always for students to leave feeling calmer, stronger, more open, and more connected to themselves. Passionate about making yoga feel accessible and nourishing for all levels, Talia’s classes invite students to tune inwards, move with awareness, and enjoy the process rather than striving for perfection.
