Sally Connor

Inclusive. Breath-focused. Presence

Sally found yoga and breathwork eight years ago, reconnecting with her body and mind through practices that now shape her daily life. Her classes are inclusive and grounding, designed for every body and all levels. With training in vinyasa, yin, restorative yoga and breathwork, she offers space to explore movement and stillness with presence, awareness, and care. Sally trained in dynamic vinyasa yoga with Tom Hamilton and Craig Nadashakti Norris through The Yoga Edge in London in 2019. She has also trained with Jambo Truong in Forrest Yoga and Advanced Anatomy; with Craig Nadashakti Norris in Assisting and Yoga Nidra and with Norman Blair in Yin Yoga. Sally’s restorative and yin classes have a focus on embracing stillness and using the practice to come back into our bodies, coming home to ourselves. All her classes have an emphasis on modifying for different body types and abilities, aiming to help every body access the benefits that yoga has to offer. Teaches: Hot Pranic Flow on Tuesdays 11:15 - 12:30 and Restorative Yoga on Sundays 5:15 - 6:30 PM
