Helen is a super passionate Dance & Barre teacher based in South East London. She first trained as a professional dancer and through this discovered her love for Barre and all of it's incredible benefits for the body & mind. Her class is for all levels and she aims to create a welcoming & encouraging atmosphere to the room. You will feel challenged but will be given all the guidance to feel safe and secure in your form & technique. Music is absolutely key so expect an eclectic mix, aimed to distract you from those burning thigh sets! Teaches: Barre Signature on Thursdays 7 - 7:45 AM and 6:30 - 7:15 PM
