Gillian Hatherall
Gillian first discovered Pilates during her professional dance training and later returned to it to restore balance and ease tension that had developed from years of strength training. A Level 3 Pilates instructor with specialist qualifications covering common orthopedic conditions and pre/postnatal work, she draws on her wide experience across dance, fitness, and coaching to create classes that emphasize technique, alignment, and safe progression. Her thoughtful and detailed approach helps students build strength, confidence, and body awareness through mindful, effective movement. Teaches: Mat Pilates on Tuesdays 11 AM - 12 PM
