Dive Into Stillness: Yin Yoga Teacher Training That Changes Everything
Step into Breeze Yoga’s 30‑Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training and explore Yin as slow medicine for fast times - a deeply grounding journey into anatomy, nervous system awareness, embodied sequencing, and conscious language. Led by expert teacher Jeff Lester, this training helps you practice and teach Yin with clarity, sensitivity, and confidence.
This 30 hour foundational Yin Yoga training is a deep and grounded exploration of how to practice and teach Yin Yoga not only safely, but intelligently, with clarity and embodied understanding.
You will learn the essential anatomy of Yin Yoga at the physical, mental, and energetic levels. We explore how different poses influence joints, fascia, meridians, and the nervous system, and how intention, timing, and variation shape the experience of each posture. Rather than memorizing shapes, you will learn how to feel your way into sequencing and teaching Yin from the inside out.
Alongside the physical practice, we journey into the stories held in the nervous system. Yin Yoga creates the conditions for these stories to surface, not as problems to solve, but as sensations, patterns, and signals asking for space and attention. A core focus of this training is understanding how language, focus, and tone directly influence nervous system response, both for yourself and for those you guide.
Through practice, inquiry, and integration, you will experience how Yin Yoga paired with conscious language can slow everything down and invite a quality of exhale that many people have never truly felt before.
By the end of the training, you will be able to:
▪️ Practice Yin Yoga with greater sensitivity and self trust
▪️ Understand Yin Yoga anatomy across physical, mental, and energetic dimensions
▪️ Create and teach your own Yin sequences with confidence and embodiment
▪️ Use language and focus to support nervous system regulation
▪️ Hold space for stillness in a way that feels grounded, safe, and nourishing
Slow down. See what happens.
This training goes far beyond memorizing poses—you’ll learn Yin Yoga at the physical, mental, and energetic levels, exploring fascia, joints, meridians, nervous system regulation, and how intention and timing shape each posture.
Learn to Teach Yin with Clarity, Safety & Embodiment
You’ll gain the skills to create and teach your own Yin sequences confidently, use conscious language, support nervous system regulation, and safely hold space for stillness—developing a teaching style that is grounded and intelligent.

Jeff Lester
Yoga
Jeff Lester is a facilitator, retreat leader, and teacher trainer whose work bridges traditional yogic practice, nervous system awareness, conscious leadership, and transformational space holding.
His path began through dedicated study of yoga and meditation, including time in India studying Vipassana meditation and traditional yogic philosophy, before evolving into years of advanced Yin Yoga mentorship and training with internationally respected teacher Jaime Clark. Jeff’s approach to Yin Yoga blends anatomical understanding with emotional awareness, energetic sensitivity, and deep listening, creating spaces that support both embodied practice and personal transformation.
Alongside his yoga studies, Jeff has spent years immersed in ceremonial work, shamanic studies, and nature-based traditions, which continue to inform the way he facilitates groups, rituals, retreats, and trainings around the world. His teaching emphasizes presence, integrity, nervous system safety, and the understanding that how we hold space matters just as much as what we teach.
Jeff is the founder of Jefe Living, a platform devoted to conscious leadership and transformational education for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and retreat leaders. In addition to Yin Yoga trainings, he offers complementary teachings in conscious leadership, facilitation and space holding, nervous system and story work, meditation, retreat leadership, and transformational communication.
Known for his grounded warmth, depth, and ability to create meaningful group experiences, Jeff’s trainings invite students not only to deepen their knowledge of Yin Yoga, but also their relationship with themselves, their voice, and the way they show up in service to others.

Training FAQ
Not at all. Many of our trainees enrol to deepen their personal practice, understand the philosophy, or simply give themselves the gift of a transformative few months or long weekend. Whether you teach afterwards is entirely up to you. Some of our trainings do require prerequisites so if you meet those criterias and are simply doing a deep dive, then we are happy to have you join in.
Yes — that's the entire point. Every Breeze training is built around real teaching practice, with peer feedback, mentor support and targeted observation from our senior teachers. You'll graduate ready to lead a class, not just sit through theory. Trainings are also fantastic as a form of personal development, so not all graduates will go on to teach, but our courses are designed for both personal and professional progression.
