As you settle beneath blankets in a softly lit sanctuary, the vibrational waves of the gong will carry you into deep meditation—allowing the nervous system to unravel, the mind to quieten and the body to surrender. You'll emerge feeling lighter, clearer and renewed in both heart and spirit. Pauline O'Gradyis a practitioner of Angelic & Usui Reiki, crystal healing and yoga. Her intuitive presence creates a nurturing space for profound physical, emotional and energetic restoration. Junior Valentineis a yoga teacher, Reiki Master, massage therapist and sound practitioner. His sonic journeys weave planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, hang drum and chimes into powerful soundscapes for deep healing and expansion.

Junior Valentine is one of the Studio Managers at Breeze Yoga and a multifaceted teacher known for his soulful, embodied approach to movement and energy work. With nearly a decade of teaching experience, he weaves together powerful practices from Forrest Yoga and Vinyasa to Yin, Mandala, Rocket, Nidra, Qi Gong, and Sound/ Gong baths to create classes that are both deeply grounding and energetically uplifting. Beyond yoga, Junior is also trained in bodywork and energetic therapies including Swedish and Lomi Lomi Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Angelic Reiki Master, and Spinal Energetics. These holistic practices infuse his teaching with a rich somatic awareness and intuitive touch, inviting students to connect more deeply with their physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. Guided by themes of self-discovery and balance, Junior’s sessions offer space for authentic release and renewal leaving you feeling centred, open, and vibrantly recharged from the inside out. Pauline O'Gradyis a practitioner of Angelic & Usui Reiki, crystal healing and yoga. Her intuitive presence creates a nurturing space for profound physical, emotional and energetic restoration. She has always lived between worlds. From childhood, she sensed energy, received guidance, and felt connected to something beyond the visible — even as she built a successful career in Property Consultancy and led teams within an international organisation. That parallel life shaped her: years of transformational and leadership training taught her the power of human potential, communication, and personal change. But a quieter calling kept pulling her back to her soul path. After repeatedly drawing the same card from her angel deck, Pauline booked her first Angelic Reiki training — and never looked back. Since 2009, Pauline has woven Angelic Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and deep connection with Grandmother Earth, Grandfather Sky, and the star nations into all she offers. She is a certified Crystal Healer, Sound Healer (drum), 500+ hour Yoga teacher, Usui Reiki Practitioner, Cacao and Sacred Space Holder, and has studied Toltec Shamanism in the Mexican desert. Her work supports others to reconnect with their inner wisdom, sovereignty, and soul truth — creating sacred space where people feel seen, safe, empowered, and remembered. Pauline holds every journey in sacredness and honour.
