There is also a strong emphasis on community and trust, whether you come for the social side, to learn impressive skills (and/or take a few photos for the 'gram), to foster connection with a partner (or partners), or are just interested in a new hobby, acro's got you covered. What's Included: ▪️ Partner drills ▪️ Safety + Consent ▪️ Connection + Co-ordination ▪️ Experience the poses from Base, Flyer and Spotter positions ▪️ You will be flying in basic inversions by the end and build skills & confidence that will lead to flowing sequences ▪️ Jam at the end with time to play, ask questions, and develop further

Kwame Daniel
- Yoga
Kwame is an Acro Yoga teacher based in South London with a focus on building community and connection through movement. He first discovered Acro Yoga on a trip to Bali in 2016, and instantly fell in love. Within a few months he was setting up and organising the Clapham Common Acro Jam which had been serving the South London Acro community ever since. Over the last years, he has been working to support other teachers in the London community, create more opportunities for Londoners to access the practice through acro "jams", and co-organising the annual London Acro Convention.
Georgie Hewitt
Georgie has been practising acro yoga since 2019, first discovering it through a love of movement, creativity and community. What began as a curiosity quickly became a huge part of her life, drawn to the trust, communication and human connection that sits at the heart of the practice. Since then, she has continued to develop her practice through workshops, community jams and regular training, exploring both the physical and collaborative sides of acro yoga. Her classes blend playfulness with thoughtful progressions, creating an environment that feels inclusive, energising and community-driven. She believes acro yoga should feel accessible to everyone, and hopes students leave her classes feeling stronger, more connected and with a little more trust in themselves and others.
