Class Description

Hot Rocket Yoga (Long Towel Required) is a high-energy, fast-paced practice originally created by Larry Schultz in the 1980s to make traditional Ashtanga Yoga more accessible and playful. Heated to a sweaty 95°F–100°F, this dynamic class "rockets" you through Schultz’s famous sequence of fluid vinyasas, core work, and adventurous opportunities for arm balances and inversions. Because the room is hot and the pace is vigorous, a full-length yoga mat towel is strictly required to prevent slipping and ensure your safety. Bring your grip towel, plenty of water, and an open mind expect to sweat hard, honour Larry's rebellious yoga spirit, and leave feeling completely empowered!
