Lisa’s teaching is rooted in the fundamentals of Anusara Yoga – a heart-centred practice, that blends precise alignment with a deep sense of connection and integration. With 14 years of teaching experience, Lisa brings both skill and sensitivity to her classes, guiding students to explore their strength, balance and potential from a place of awareness and creativity. Whilst strong in parts, Lisa’s practice is deeply supportive and encouraging, creating an environment where students feel both challenged and cared for, allowing them to explore their practice from a place of inner confidence. Teaches: Align and Flow Yoga on Mondays 06:30-07:30 AM and Wednesdays 09:30-10:30 AM
